eARC was provided to me by the author. Thank you so much for the opportunity to read and review LJ and Marisa’s story. The story was a bit too slow for my taste and not enough love action, this was the second book I read by the author. She writes extremely well and brings life to her main characters. I did enjoy the back story the author provided on both families as much as the love story between LJ and Marisa. A true contemporary football romance, not too much steam but lots of tender moments between the two MCs. Maya writes with true passion in each of her published books. Maya should be a go to author with every new release. So please do yourself a favor and pick up this tender, sweet love story.
